Returns and Exchanges

We do our absolute best to make sure you’re thrilled with your purchase! If you are unhappy in any way, send an email to returns@cocomae.com make sure to mention your order number, and the nature of the problem.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your payment. Complete the form on the back of your invoice and send us the items that you would like to return. *We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges based on damages. Each item is closely looked over before shipping to make certain it is on 100% perfect condition before shipping.*

Returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the shipped date. If we receive the items after 30 days it will not be eligible for return, there will be no exceptions.

You may not return or exchange: Sale items, Jewelry or Gift Certificates.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If we believe the items have been worn, or there appears to be damage to the item while in your possession we reserve the right to charge you a 20% restocking fee. Product image colors, styles and appearances may be different. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, styles and appearances of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. You agree to hold harmless CoCoMae and its affiliates for any and all discrepancies or differences in color, style and/or appearance between products shown on the Site and actual products that you receive. You agree that you expressly and knowingly assume the risk of receiving a product that is not an exact match to the color, style or appearance of that product shown on the Site.

•Refused Shipments - If you refuse any shipments from CoCoMae.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CoCoMae.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is NONREFUNDABLE unless the wrong item was shipped. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

How do I make a Return?

After filling out the return form that came in your package you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Next, attach the pre-printed return label to the outside of your return package. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance, that way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please note: It may take 10-14 days to process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return policies stated above.

Need a Return form? On the back of your invoice you will find our return form which includes instructions on how to make a return.  If you have lost your original invoice email us at returns@cocomae.com for an extra one.

Our inventory turns over rapidly, and we cannot hold items for exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item. For orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii or Canada a $10 fee will be applied for all exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for exchanges except in cases where we have made an error.

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $22

**Please note that some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This predominately applies to orders with large quantities. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve these charges before we ship your order.

•Processing time, for orders, is normally 1 business day. Exceptions: order payment verification time, customs may hold packages for periods of time before releasing.
•Unfortunately, there is no expedited shipping for Canadian orders.
•Free Shipping does not apply to Canadian orders.
•All orders are shipped via USPS [United States Postal Service].

•Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

International Exchanges

To complete an International Exchange, please follow the above instructions for International Returns.

Our inventory turns over rapidly, and we cannot hold items for exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.  Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for exchanges except in cases where we have made an error. Once we receive your return in the mail we will ship out your new item[s]. Unfortunately, we can not cover the shipping costs for international exchanges. Your credit card will be billed $45 for the shipping cost of the new item[s]
